Meet Rob Bishop
Candidate for Utah House District 6
Rob Bishop is a lifelong Utahn, a former history teacher, and a proven conservative leader.
Born and raised in Kaysville, Rob spent nearly 30 years in the classroom before taking his passion for civic education to public service. He served in the Utah House of Representatives, eventually becoming Speaker of the House, before leading the Utah Republican Party.
Rob was elected to Congress, where he represented Utah’s first Congressional District. He became a national leader on public lands, natural resources, and Western issues, ultimately serving as Chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee. Known for his straight talk and deep policy knowledge, Rob was a tireless advocate for Utah’s communities, local control, and conservative values.
Rob and his wife, Jeralynn, live in Brigham City and are the proud parents of five children.
